Audits and Inspections
The Audit and Inspections Modules allow the creation of templates for Work Place Inspections, pre start checklist, site audits etc. Inspections can be assigned to users or teams as well as periodically scheduled. Templates can easily be created, modified and re-used for various purposes including (site) inductions. Audits and Inspections can be completed online through a web browser from a tablet or smartphone or offline through our native application for Android, iOS or Windows phone smartphones and tablets.

Claims Management
The Claims Management module allows for recording and tracking of insurance claims for a RTW managed injury. Users can export, import and email claim details from within the module.

Consultations
The Consultation Module keeps track of WHS committee meetings, toolbox talks etc. Actions from consultations are created and tracked as Corrective Actions from within the module.

Corrective Actions
The Corrective Actions Module integrates with various other modules for the creation, assignment, tracking and where required automatic escalation of Corrective and Preventative Actions. Corrective Actions can be completed through the Worker Portal or the SCRIM Mobile Application.

Drug and Alcohol Testing
The Drug and Alcohol Testing module allows for recording and tracking the results of random and post incident testing for the presence of alcohol and illicit drugs during the time of employment. Test results are only visible to those with authorised access.

Fatigue Management
The Fatigue Management module is fully integrated with the Incident and Incident Investigations modules. It records and reports on incident trends by shift and roster to be used in rost and shift scheduling. The service (rostering) scheduling module is a separate module that leverages of the information collected by the Fatigue Management Module.

Hazard Management
The Hazard Management module records and tracks Incidental and Systematic identified workplace hazards. The Hazard module seamlessly integrates with the Risk Register, the Risk Control Measures module and Corrective Actions module. Hazards and Risk Control Measures can be recorded against high risk Operational Activities for automatic inclusion in Safe Work Method Statements and procedures. Workers can report on Hazards through the Worker Portal.

Hazardous Chemicals & Dangerous Goods
The Hazardous Chemicals and Dangerous Goods modules keep track of: 1. DG Class and GHS Classifications of chemicals. 2. Safety Data Sheets incl. revisions through automated notifications. 3. The quantity available of the chemical. 4. How the Chemical is stored and in which location. 5. Risk Assessments of the chemical. The Hazardous Chemicals module integrates seamlessly with the Risk Management and Risk Assessments modules. The Hazardous Chemicals module either links to or stores Safety Data Sheets and automatically notifies when an SDS is due for review. The Hazardous Chemicals module is compliant with the Global Harmonised System (GHS) of Classification and Labelling of chemicals.

Health Surveillance
The Health Surveillance Module records the results from health assessments such as audio metric, chest X-Ray and psychometric tests. It notifies users when tests are due and can assign users with actions to be taken.

Incident Investigations
The Incident Investigations module allows for manual or automatic assignment and tracking of Incident Investigations to identify the Incident Root Cause and Contributing Factors. The module integrates seamlessly with the Incident Management and Corrective Actions modules in order for investigation findings and recommendations to be tracked through review, sign-off and close out.

Incident Management
The Incident Management module provides Workers with instant access to report an Incident through the Worker Portal or SCRIM Mobile Application. Native applications are available for the latest Android, iOS or Windows 8 based smartphones and tablets. The module follows a process of Incident Reporting and Notification, Incident Investigation (Root Cause Analysis), Assignment of Corrective Actions and Incident Review and Sign-off. The systems sends automated emails and reminders to individuals and teams between each step of the process.

Injury Frequency Rate Reporting
The Injury Frequency Rate module provides trending insight for Lost Time Injury, Medically Treated Injury and Disability Frequency Rate reporting. It provides business unit and site level hours recording which can be retrieved from internal or external data sources. All reports and dashboards are configurable.

Involved Persons
The Involved Persons Module records (injury) details of those involved in an incident, as a worker or witness. The module is an integral part of the Incident Management Module and records injury details of injured workers and if relevant, Drug and Alcohol test results. The module integrates with the Return To Work module for tracking statistical injuries. Like all other modules it comes with easy to configure charts, dashboards and reports.

Medical Certificates
Upload and track certificates against workers and their Return To Work plans. The module tracks hours and days off work, suitable and alternative duties, and automatically sends notifications to a worker's manager and the return to work team or coordinator when a worker is expected to return to work or to provide a new certificate.

Mobile Plant Equipment
The Mobile Plant and Equipment Module tracks mobile. It is more than just a register as it allows for service details, risk assessments, operating procedures and certification records to be recorded and tracked. The module automatically sends notifications when equipment or plant certification comes up for renewal.

Operational Activities
Operational activities are the core activities undertaken by an organisation. It is used for analysing trends in the activity undertaken at the time of an incident and for the automated creation of Safe Work Method Statements or Safe Work Procedures aimed at reducing risk in high risk activities such as 'Working At Heights'.

PPE
The Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Module allows you to track PPE by Site and Location and to report on its condition by item or group of items. It links in with the SWMS Module where PPE is mandatory for performing specific Operational Activities such as Working at Heights or Job Roles.

Psychometric Testing
The Psychometric Testing Module keeps track of Worker's health and safety risk awareness and can be used in assessing a Worker's suitability for performing certain tasks.

Rehabilitation
The Rehabilitation module is an integral part of our Return To Work module. As such it is part of any Return To Work plan.

Return to Work
The Return To Work module is at the core of our Suite of Health Modules. The module tracks both statistical and non-statistical RTW injuries such as LTIs and MTIs for workers. The module integrates seamlessly with the Medical Certificates, Rehabilitation and Claims Management modules. Return To Work Plans can be automatically generated from within the module. Meetings recorded in Outlook as well as emails and tasks can be (automatically) tracked against RTW records. The RTW module comes with easy to customise chart and dashboards as well as a report builder and export wizard supporting Word, Excel and Pdf export and mail merge.

Risk Control Measures
The Risk Control Measures Module allows for assigning risk controls to Incidental and Systematically identified Hazards. The module integrates with the module for Safe Work Method Statements for the automatic generation of Safe Work procedures.

Risk Management
The Risk Management Module encompasses all other Safety Modules and as such forms an integrated reporting tool for any health and safety risks identified in the organisation. The module has a large number of easy to customise reports, charts and dashboards.

Skills Matrix
The Skills Matrix tracks qualifications of workers and competencies required for the job roles that they have been assigned. It notifies users, and where required workers and their management, of qualifications coming up for renewal as well as certification and exam rebook dates etc. The module is fully configurable and comes with easy to customise charts, reports and dashboards.

Safety Observations
The Safe Act or Safety -Observations (SAO) Module records Worker compliance with Safe Work Method Statements and Procedures. Templates are created through the Checklist Module and can be scheduled and assigned to individual Wiorkers or Teams. The actions from non-compliance are easily recorded and tracked as Corrective Actions from within the SAO Module.

SWMS
The Safe Work Method Statements or SWMS Module allows one to track SWMS against specific Job Roles, Operational Activities, such as Working at Heights, as well as specific Workers. The Module integrates with the Hazard Management, Risk Control Measures and Operational Activities Modules for the automatic generation of SWMS from identified Hazards through Job Safety Assessments (JSA).

Worker Management
Worker Management covers the management of individuals and entities classified as a worker under the AS/NZS 4801:2012 such as; (sub) contractors, employees, suppliers/vendors, site visitors etc.. Workers can report on Incidents, Hazards, Corrective Actions, Inspections and Risk Assessments through the SCRIM Worker Reporting Portal. The module keeps track of contact details, insurances, training/qualifications, injury history and automatically notifies Workers and their management where required.

Work Site Management
The Work Site Management Module manages all SCRIM modules and reporting on a Work Site level from reporting events to Teams to managing risks.

Team Management
Within the Team Management Module users are set up to receive email notifications for events such as an Incident or Hazard being reported. Teams can be set up on a Organisation, Division/Business Unit or Work Site level with automatic escalations depending on severity.
